By accessing or using NovaToken, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and any applicable policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or create an account.
2. Eligibility
You may use NovaToken only if you are legally permitted to enter into an agreement and use the services in your location. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, regulations and age restrictions.
3. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your account information reasonably up to date. You are responsible for protecting your password and verification credentials and for activity performed through your account unless the issue resulted from NovaToken's failure to apply reasonable security measures.
4. Packages and subscriptions
NovaToken may offer different membership or coaching packages with different prices, features, limits and rules. Package descriptions, pricing and availability may be changed prospectively from time to time.
Your access to package-specific features depends on the package and subscription status recorded by the platform.
5. Payments and activation
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. A successful payment does not become an active package solely because the browser displays a success message; activation is subject to the server-side payment and subscription records.
Refunds, reversals, failed payments and related handling are governed by the applicable payment records, published refund rules and any applicable law.
6. Coaching and educational content
NovaToken coaching is educational in nature. Courses, lessons, examples and market commentary are provided for learning and general informational purposes and may not be suitable for every person or every market condition.
Completion of coaching content does not guarantee trading performance, profits or any particular outcome.
7. Rewards and promotional features
Reward features such as Daily Scratch, Lucky Wheel and other promotional systems are governed by their configured server-side rules, eligibility conditions, reward pools, limits and earning-cycle restrictions.
A visual result, animation or client-side display does not itself create a guaranteed entitlement unless the corresponding server-side record confirms it.
8. Referrals and team features
Referral relationships are recorded according to the platform's configured sponsor and network rules. Referral activity does not by itself guarantee any commission or reward. Qualification, calculation and payment depend on applicable server-side rules.
9. Wallet and transaction records
Wallet balances and transaction history shown inside your account are based on the platform's server-side ledger and related records. Credits and debits are subject to the transaction rules, reversals, corrections and other controls applicable to your account.
10. Withdrawals
Withdrawal availability may depend on your available balance, qualification rules, account status, verification requirements and processing controls. A submitted request is not necessarily an approval or payment.
Processing times may vary based on internal review and third-party payment or banking systems.
11. Trading and financial risk
Trading and other financial activities involve risk, including the risk of losing some or all of capital. NovaToken does not promise guaranteed profit, guaranteed returns or guaranteed earnings. You are responsible for deciding whether any financial activity is appropriate for you.
12. Prohibited conduct
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate rewards or referral systems, submit false information, impersonate another person, distribute malicious code, or use the service for unlawful activity.
13. Suspension and termination
NovaToken may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform, payment systems or the integrity of the service, including suspected fraud, abuse, security violations or material breaches of these terms.
Termination or suspension does not automatically erase records that NovaToken is required or entitled to retain.
14. Liability and service availability
NovaToken aims to provide a reliable service but does not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party outages, security events or circumstances outside reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NovaToken is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
15. Changes to these terms
NovaToken may update these Terms of Use as the platform changes or new features are introduced. The revised version will state its effective date. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
